Does everyone on the staff know the target?

What’s the station’s word?

Is every quarter-hour consistent?
Is on-air positioning creative, focused?
Outside media: simple message, concentration of force?
Are we seizing the moment?
Are we thinking “outside” or “inside”?
What makes us more local?
What are we doing to be different?
What are we doing to learn ?
